We will always aim to dispatch your order on the same day before 3 pm. This may not be possible during promotions or busy periods, but we always do our utmost to ensure this is the case. If an order is urgent, please contact us first before placing your order to check delivery times.
Once you place your order, we will notify you via email once your items have been posted and a tracking link will be provided.
We send all orders via tracked and insured methods and normally use DHL depending on the weight of your order. In some circumstances, we may opt to use another courier.
Delivery costs are finalised on final quotations
At Yacht Trash we want everyone to enjoy our products and will post internationally.
International postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are not included in the delivery cost and are the purchaser’s sole responsibility.
All items returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in a salead condition. Please email us at returns@yacht-trash.com, to start your return.
Incorrectly order products
Faulty/Damaged Products
If in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at returns@yacht-trash.com and we will gladly help.
Wrong Products Delivered
We do our very best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, in the event that this is not the case please contact us at returns@yacht-trash.com within 48hrs of receiving your goods.
You may cancel items in your order provided that they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at returns@yacht-trash.com
Once you have completed the cancellation process and we will endeavour to process your refund within 5 business days to the payment method used for the initial purchase.
